Abstracts
Abstract art does not attempt to represent an accurate depiction of a visual reality, but rather uses shapes, colours, forms and gestural marks to achieve its effect.
I enjoy going creating abstract paintings from time to time to play around with colours and new ideas. Abstract painting is actually quite difficult in that you usually have no reference or aim to depict emotions or feelings. Composition and colour have heightened importance.
